QUESTIONS? ANSWERS!

Your MOAB may arrive on a pallet or via courier, in one seriously large box and everything inside. Your PC's power cord, extra cables and screws not used in the build, any component manuals, a PC setup guide, and your Tax Invoice, will all be within that large box. IMPORTANT: Don't throw away any of your packaging, internal or external! If you don't have space for complete boxes, cut the sealant tape and store the flat packed cardboard somewhere safe. If the PC does need to be returned to us for any reason, we'll cover postage, but it is a requirement under warranty that it be sent back to us with sufficient protective packaging, and there's nothing better than the original packaging. If you don't have it, you'll have to buy some, so keeping all original packaging will save you a decent amount of hassle and expense in buying new boxes and protective internal packaging down the road.
